earlier this week i reported how ethan wasn’t enjoying school.

ethan today found out he could complain about feeling bad, visit the nurse and if she finds a temperature get a ticket straight home.

i’m still debating if he actually mastered controlling his own body temperature and suspect we will be getting to know the school nurse very well…

people who don’t follow through with what they say they will do has always been one of my greatest annoyances. i can’t decide if its worse in the south east where i’m currently working or if i’ve moved farther along the road to crotchety old man than i’m honest enough to admit…

so now fake news is opposed to hosting the olympic games in chicago – why is that not surprising.

if it weren’t happening daily, i wouldn’t believe it possible that folks were so discernment challenged that they would watch fake news and sympathize with its band of unpatriotic, self-serving, peddlers of misinformation crying about wanting “their” country back.

how about searching for some personal integrity before you go out looking for “your” country.

i think its perfect that the democrat leading the opposition to the public option for health care reform is named max baucus.

because if “max baucus” wasn’t already a euphemism for getting cornholed it will be when he finishes giving it to us…
