In Thailand we were told we could eat anything from anywhere and it would be safe and delicious. So we pretty much ate everything from everywhere and it was amazing.

We didn't have similar intelligence on our arrival in Laos, but we arrived late and were hungry so when we found all this beautiful food at the Night Market we dove right in.
