We didn't know what was on the other side of this bamboo bridge when we started out but ended up delighted at what we found.

The first was local jeweler who enticed Logan with one of his bracelets.

Second was "Fondue" at Dyen Sabai. This isn't melted cheese where you dip meat and vegetables, but rather a flame heated skillet where you grill meat and stew vegetables in to a soup. We had seen this all over Thailand but didn't try it there. Good thing because we liked it a lot and would have been craving it often.
