If my family had gotten their way, we would have eaten at Mr Son's every day we were in Hoi An.

But I like variety and always suggest there could be something equal, better or unique elsewhere so we should try and find out.

Turns out, to our taste, there is no better food in Hoi An than at Mr Son. So we ate there at least every third day and took their cooking class our last weekend in town.
